Many types of dental treatments rely on anesthetic injections, but if you’re not comfortable receiving injections, it may mean that your treatment cannot be completed.

The Onpharma local anesthetic buffering system provides Drs. Giannini and Gray a way to buffer anesthetic immediately before the injection, rather than allowing the body to do it naturally after the injection occurs. The buffering aspect of the anesthetic is what makes it numb the area.

The body can take anywhere from five to 15 minutes to naturally buffer anesthetic. By pre-buffering our anesthetic, we can ensure that your appointment is faster and more comfortable.
